Projekta ”Radi Rīgu” dalībnieki arhitekti Ilze Miķelsone un Jānis Norde sarunā ar kaiminiem.info ekspertiem Laimdotu Šnīderi un Oskaru Cauni pētīja Rīgas dzīvojamā rajona Ziepniekkalna sociālo fonu, neseno veidošanās procesu un iespējas iesaistīt iedzīvotājus vides pilnveidē. Iecerēts sarīkot arī kopīgu izpētes un kontaktu dibināšanas pastaigu Ziepniekkalnā.
Projekts ”Radi Rīgu” ar motto ”Publiskā ārtelpa kā sociālās atdzimšanas veicināšanas instruments” sākts šogad aprīlī ar Eiropas fondu atbalstu, lai pirms Rīgas kļūšanas par Eiropas kultūras galvaspilsētu 2014.gadā pilnveidotu piecu Latvijas galvaspilsētas rajonu pilsētvidi un sabiedrību. Projektā piedalās Latvijas arhitekti, pilsētplānotāji, ainavu arhitekti, dārznieki, inženieri, kuriem semināros un darba gaitā padomus sniedz Eiropas vadošie pilsētplānošanas eksperti un arhitekti.
Sākuma semināros izpētei un labiekārtošanai izvēlēti piecas Rīgas apkaimes – Bolderāja un Daugavgrīva, Krasta ielas apkaime, Ziepniekkalns, Āgenskalns un Čiekurkalns. Katru rajonu gada garumā pētīs un sagatavos tā pilnveides priekšlikumus vairāku cilvēku komanda.
Ziepniekkalna eksperti ir arhitekti Ilze Miķelsone, Dace Putniņa, Jānis Norde, mūziķe, ainavu arhitektūras studente Olga Klubova, ceļu inženieris, satiksmes plānotājs Elmārs Daniševskis. Viņu pirmā pastaiga pa Ziepniekkalnu mainījusi priekšstatu par šo apkaimi, atsedzot tās individuāli cilvēcisko raksturu, eksperti pauž secinājumā portālā old.radirigu.lv.
Sarunā ar L.Šnīderi, kuras vadītie uzņēmumi Ziepniekkalnā cēluši un apsaimnieko ap desmit māju, I.Miķelsone un J.Norde noskaidroja, ka vairāk nekā desmit gadu labiekārtošanas pieredze pierādījusi Ziepniekkalna iemītnieku cieņu pret citu paveikto un izpratni par sakārtotas vides priekšrocībām. ”Nav izdemolēti ne pirms desmit gadiem veidoti apstādījumi, ne pēdējā laikā iekārtotās atpūtas un rotaļu vietas,” stāsta L.Šnīdere.
Tā kā viens no galvenajiem projekta ”Radi Rīgu” mērķiem ir iesaistīt iedzīvotājus savas dzīvesvietas labiekārtošanā, I.Miķelsone aicina Ziepniekkalna iemītniekus veidot sabiedriski aktīvas grupas, kas palīdzētu izpētīt un pilnveidot rajona dzīves vidi. Arhitekti un kaiminiem.info eksperti vienojās tuvākajā laikā sarīkot kopīgu Ziepniekkalna apmeklējumu, lai dabā izpētītu rajona raksturu un dibinātu kontaktus ar aktīvākajiem iemītniekiem.
